20 years of experience in coaching

I am an ICF-certified coach, NLP practitioner, and certified facilitator in managerial and professional co-development.

For more than 20 years, I have worked with individuals, leaders, entrepreneurs, and organisations through periods of growth, transition, and change. My career has spanned the public sector, leadership development, entrepreneurship, luxury real estate, and coaching, giving me a broad perspective on both human and organisational challenges. I work in both English and French, accompanying executives, management teams, founders, and professionals navigating complex situations. Depending on the needs of each organisation, I work independently or alongside a network of trusted specialists to provide the right expertise and support.

My approach combines coaching, collective intelligence, practical business experience, and constructive challenge to help people think more clearly, make better decisions, and move forward with confidence.

People are rarely held back by a lack of capability. More often, they need the space, clarity, and perspective to use their strengths effectively.

Sustainable change happens when people are involved in shaping it, not simply implementing it.

Strong leadership starts with self-awareness, consistency, and the ability to create trust.The best solutions are often already present within the organisation. My role is to create the conditions for them to emerge.
